I was driving my 90 year old mother and her cat back from Florida in her car. We broke down in Princeton on a Saturday evening. Darrell Cook determined we had a starter problem and transported the car, my mother and her cat (and me) from Princeton to Beckley to a garage that agreed to stay open to help us. Darrell went above and beyond to determine what was wrong with the car, find a mechanic on a Saturday night and transport us 40 miles to get repaired. I highly recommend Mountain State to anyone faced with a problem in southern West Virginia.

This company went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of! Our van broke down on the side of I-77 about 5 miles outside of Princeton. I have a family of 5 and instead of trying to squeeze us all into his tow truck (which would have been fine because his truck was quite spacious), he had brought a second vehicle with him. So my children rode in the 2nd vehicle, while my husband and I were able to experience the tow truck! They were so nice as to take us to TWO hotels until we found a room that would accommodate my family. It was after 10:00pm and they were just so nice and comforting. I highly recommend using this company if you are ever in need of a towing service! Thank you again Mountain State Towing!
