We broke down late evening I 77S Prinston WV on our way from Duluth MN to NC. WV DOT Assistance Program staff member, Eric introduced us to Darrell Cook, Mountain State Towing. I was driving my 90 year old mother and her cat back from Florida in her car. We broke down in Princeton on a Saturday evening. Darrell Cook determined we had a starter problem and transported the car, my mother and her cat (and me) from Princeton to Beckley to a garage that agreed to stay open to help us. Darrell went above and beyond to determine what was wrong with the car, find a mechanic on a Saturday night and transport us 40 miles to get repaired.
