Magnificent service! They responded to me within 7 minutes and had my car unlocked for me in less then 10 minutes. Will use them again if I need any road services.

These guys are the hardest workers I've seen. The prices are super reasonable and when they say they'll be there, they're there! Darrell Cook is the nicest most humble man. 5/5 would recommend. No need to call anyone else! Best reviews in town :)

We broke down late evening I 77S Prinston WV on our way from Duluth MN to NC. WV DOT Assistance Program staff member, Eric introduced us to Darrell Cook, Mountain State Towing. Mr. Cook was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He and Eric provided assistance and transportation to hotel. Darrell C. delivered our jeep to mechanic that has the experience & equipment to repair the jeep. We would recommend Darrell Cook for any towing assistance with ultimate professional customer service.

I was driving my 90 year old mother and her cat back from Florida in her car. We broke down in Princeton on a Saturday evening. Darrell Cook determined we had a starter problem and transported the car, my mother and her cat (and me) from Princeton to Beckley to a garage that agreed to stay open to help us. Darrell went above and beyond to determine what was wrong with the car, find a mechanic on a Saturday night and transport us 40 miles to get repaired. I highly recommend Mountain State to anyone faced with a problem in southern West Virginia.
