On our way from OH to NC we experienced some major car trouble at the VA welcome center rest stop. AAA sent Mountain State Towing to assist us and what a blessing that was. Darrell came and not only helped to diagnose the issue and give us a tow for a great price but also made a special call and arranged our stay at a nearby motel for the night. We are so grateful for his service and would highly recommend Mountain State Towing.

While traveling from NC to NC we hit a patch of black ice and then the guard rails. Darrell not only towed us, and waited with us to get a rental car; he occupied our four year old granddaughter while we completed paper work. A nightmare of a situation was changed by the kindness of a stranger who could have simply towed us to a garage and dropped us off! Thank you Darrell.
